The visitor entrance of our Riverside location is on Dorr Avenue, across from #69. Please park in the lot to the right of our door. We are located approximately two blocks from the nearest RIPTA bus stop (Riverside/Route 33).

How does the pantry work?

When you arrive at the pantry, you will receive a number and tokens. While waiting for your number to be called to access the dry pantry, you exchange your tokens for other stations, including produce, frozen meats (at our Riverside location), and bread. Volunteers are there to help you each step of the way.

What foods are available at the pantry?

While specific foods vary each week, we always have shelf-stable items, fresh produce, and bread at our Food Pantry. Meat and dairy are available at our Riverside location.

How often can I come to the pantry?

Clients may visit the food pantry two times per month, choosing whichever two pantries work for their schedule and needs. We ask clients accessing our pantry to bring an ID to register for this program.

How often can I get a hot meal?

Clients in need of a hot meal from our Community Kitchen can receive one hot meal per day, and are not asked to provide any personal information.

How long can I stay?

You are welcome to stay, socialize, and utilize ancillary services in our Riverside dining room during opening hours.
